We are engaged in the trading of new IT hardware, software, and refurbished IT hardware through direct sales channels as well as our proprietary e-commerce platform, Komputer Murah. These transactions are generally one-off sales and do not typically include ongoing IT maintenance or technical support services.
We charge maintenance and service fees for the provision of IT maintenance and technical support services. These fees cover a wide range of IT services, including corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as comprehensive technical support, ensuring the continued performance and reliability of the IT solutions provided to our customers
We provide cloud solutions to our customers through a subscription-based model, encompassing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). These offerings are supported by specialized IT consultancy services, which include assessing customer requirements, recommending appropriate cloud-based infrastructure and solutions, and facilitating the migration of software applications and data from on-premises IT environments to cloud-based platforms.

Our leasing plans are Shariah-compliant, making them suitable for both Islamic financial institutions and conventional enterprises. Contract periods typically range from three to five years.
